COVID-19 infections in Brussels are skyrocketing and in Saint-Gilles, one of its worst-hit districts there are fears authorities could reimpose tough restrictions. The densely populated, vibrant area is packed with bars, cafés and a local weekly market but stall holders and café staff are concerned they could be out of work if the government brings in lockdown measures.
