While campaigning in Winston-Salem Tuesday, President Donald Trump used the opportunity to rail against North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, who is a Democrat. “Your state should be open,” Trump said, referring to the state’s COVID-19 restrictions. (Sept. 8)
