It’s the Melbourne police.
The Melbourne police who?
The Melbourne police who are going to break down your door if you don’t open it, ‘cos you said some bad stuff on Facebook.
This terrible joke will sound even less funny to James Bartolo, an Australian conspiracy theorist and anti-lockdown activist.
He found himself arrested and with a severely bruised front door after police forced their way into his house.
The police, who had a warrant to search his house, had tried to persuade Bartolo to open his door, but when he refused, they rammed it open.
Bartolo was then arrested on charges of inciting an anti-lockdown protest. He countered their claims by saying that he’d told people not to go – because he thought it would be a ‘trap.’
It comes shortly after Zoe-Lee Buhler, a pregnant woman from Ballarat, Victoria, was handcuffed and arrested for incitement of an illegal anti-lockdown demonstration. Her arrest was also captured on video.
Bartolo, who doesn’t believe in the Moon landings or the safety of vaccines, describes himself as a ‘truth seeker’ and ‘freedom fighter.’
Hopefully, he’s a carpenter, too.
