Thousands of children in India have missed out on the necessary immunization, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) complained. In the Indian capital of New Delhi, the UN-backed campaign to vaccinate students as schools was met with opposition by parents, who were scared of potential adverse effects of inoculation.
