President Donald Trump faces a rebuke of his hardline Iran policy at a UN Security Council meeting that laid bare a rift between the United States and other world powers. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani predicts that the United States will eventually rejoin an international nuclear deal, saying talks this week at the United Nations showed his counterpart Donald Trump’s isolation.
