11 channels belonging to France’s TV5 Monde were disrupted Thursday by hackers affiliated with the Islamic State.

Protesters Demand Police Arrest Over Killings
Families of 20 suspected sandalwood smugglers killed by police earlier this week demand the officers involved be detained.

North Korean Ship Remains Detained
The ship docked last July for repairs and has not been able to leave the port of Tuxpan.

Apartheid-Era Statue Removed From University
Students and staff voted to remove the bust of British colonialist Cecil Rhodes saying it was a symbol of white power.
