To kick off 2017 in the right way, Jam Thieves are back with a new album on the legendary Playaz Recordings, after their phenomenal ‘Minimal Funk Project’ in 2016. This one will have you dancing off the excess christmas pounds in no time.

‘Hackers’ is exactly what you would expect from Brazilian masters of minimal funk. Menacing at points, quality all the way through. 12 tracks deep, the album buzzes with vibes and low end mastery. With releases such as this, Its no wonder the Brazilian brothers have won fans from across the board such as label boss Hype along with Hazard, Sub Zero, TC, Annix, Grooverider, Fabio, Ed Solo, Ray Keith, Randall.

This album is a strong year opener for Playaz. If this is sign of things to come in 2017 from the label, your ears and the dance floor are in for some serious audio treats.

Sub Zero – Straight In

Buy: http://bit.ly/1bJFIo3
Released 25th May.

Sub Zero spills his guts with a smasher of an EP; opening with the huge title track ‘Inside the Beast’, which Friction has been supporting, followed up by ‘Straight In’; a track which he confessed to Bassrush was his own Big Rewind. ‘Time Traveller’ is a downright dirty colab with DJ Limited and next up Sub Zero fires up the heat, joining forces with the ethereal-voiced folk singer Lucy Kitchen on ‘Heart’s on Fire’. Rounding this one up is minimalist anthem ‘Something for the Weekend’.

We’re not sure what exactly is inside this beast, but whatever it is, we’re having what he’s having….

Camo & Krooked – Further Away

Camo & Krooked – Further Away

Hospital Shop -https://www.hospitalrecords.com/shop/release/camo-krooked/nhs206-between-the-lines

iTunes – http://bit.ly/CNKBTL?uo=4&at=11l9mP

Camo & Krooked return to the fore with Between The Lines; an immense fourteen-track remix album which takes their award-winning debut on Hospital Cross The Line to a whole new level fresh for 2012.

Featuring remixes from such artists as: High Maintenance, BCee, InsideInfo, Submorphics, Metrik, Mind Vortex, Smooth, Sub Zero, Fred V & Grafix, Funtcase and Dead Battery, as well as some exclusive tracks from the boys themselves, the album draws on talent new and old and touches on a range of different sounds and styles for the ultimate remix package.

Amongst the selection we have the liquid, lilting atmospheric remix of Afterlife from BCee, the dark, tech-y twisted take on Anubis by InsideInfo and the deeper sounds of Submorphics Change Me. Alongside this is the gritty, jump up flavour of Sub Zeros re-work of Run Riot, the magnificent distortions of Mind Vortexs remix of Cryptkeeper and the exuberant, synth-screeching cacophony of Funtcases remix of Hot Pursuit. Fellow Hospital signings Fred V & Grafix take the torch and step up with a lush, twinkling take on All Fall Down (feat. Shaz Sparks).

Original material from Camo & Krooked themselves includes Dusk II Dawn, Further Away and a savvy slower tempo re-work of In The Future (feat. Jenna G and Futurebound) which becomes Lost In The Future.
