Some 24 ice blocks are on display outside London’s Tate Modern and six others dotted around different locations in the city to alert passersby to the dangers of global warming. The new installation “Ice Watch”, created by renowned artist Olafur Eliasson, coincides with the climate conference (COP24) underway in Poland. Depending on weather conditions, the installation is expected to remain in London until 21 December 2018.
