Schiff starts impeachment arguments on witnesses

Senators are preparing to vote on calling more witnesses and instead start bringing a close to the third impeachment trial in American history. Lead House manager Rep. Adam Schiff Friday renewed his appeal for witnesses, citing new reporting. (Jan.31)
