Will he? Won’t he? N.Korea’s Kim late for Vladivostok ceremony

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un kept an honour guard and officials waiting for two hours on Friday but eventually showed up for a wreath-laying ceremony in Russia’s Far Eastern city of Vladivostok. Visiting the city a day after his first summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kim had been scheduled to take part in the ceremony at 10:00 am (0000 GMT) but at first was a no-show.
