Ren Phillips – Blue Ruin ft. Namuli (S9 Remix)

Download: http://lnk.to/eMka2ID

After the release of his Annie Mac supported single ‘Comfort In Your Company’, West London born and bred producer Ren Phillips is back with his new anthemic single ‘Blue Ruin’ featuring singer-songwriter Namuli.

Blue Ruin is an enchanting piano lead drum & bass inspired track created from the chance meeting of Ren and Namuli through a mutual friend. With Ren coming from a dance music background and Namuli taking much of her inspiration from classic artists such as Billie Holiday and Johnny Cash – it was an unlikely pairing. Nevertheless this unorthodox combination proved to work in their favour as the pair were able to keep each other out their comfort zones creating this encapsulating melodic song ready for any electronic playlist.
