Jeremy Reitman prints dozens of face shields made from six 3D printers for medical staff in the United States. Reitman and his wife Taren will ship the face shields to hospitals across the country facing the brunt of the coronavirus crisis. After a Facebook post by Reitman last Friday, donors helped him to buy 14 new printers. “By the end of this week, we plan to be able to produce between 250 and 300 pieces per day” says Reitman.
