Barrage of mysterious bomb hoaxes plagues Moscow | AFP

For several months, a never-ending stream of bomb hoaxes has forced the closure and evacuations of Moscow courts, schools and malls as the authorities appear powerless to act. Since November 28, officials estimate more than 1.6 million people have been evacuated from buildings in Moscow, Interfax news agency reported.

BREAKING: Moment Soyuz MS-10 rocket carrying crew to ISS malfunctions during launch

The Russian Soyuz rocket carrying two crewmembers suffered a booster malfunction during launch in Kazakhstan. ‘The boosters on a second-stage launching vehicle switched off,’ the sources at the Baikonur Cosmodrome told Interfax news agency. ‘The crew is alive.
