Guam Warns Residents About Emergency Sirens

Guam security officials released two videos advising residents on preparing for emergencies and what to do if they hear sirens. The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense says the videos aren’t connected to any imminent threat. (Dec. 19)
