Disprove returns to Eatbrain in force with his DAMAGE EP, following up his hard-hitting anthems – FRQNCS and Tip Slip – from the Mirror Universe LP last year. Delivering his inimitable Brutalist style with perfectly crafted distortion and towering waves of bass, held together with dynamic and kinetic percussion. His highly anticipated arrival on the label with a full EP delivers fully against ravers’ expectations, showcasing the sound of aggressive perfection unique to this exceptionally talented producer.

Technicians at the powerful EATBRAIN label have spent the last year researching ways to step beyond the now legendary TALES OF THE UNDEAD LP chapter of their history, roaming the lands to uncover new technologies to deliver the future of electronic music into our hands. This journey took them to the theory of the mirror universe – the implications of which are about to invert the DnB spectrum, deeply disrupting the minds and ears of the vast Eatbrain audience.
Delivering 18 tracks x 2 across both releases and featuring scene giants such as OPTIV & BTK, MAZTEK, STATE OF MIND, MOB TACTICS, DUB ELEMENTS and MINDSCAPE, this is an LP sets a bold statement. Noisia-favourite DISPROVE makes his debut on the label – with Eatbrain fans having been ravenously piecing together fragments of his outstanding contribution FRQNCS to hear it in its entirety. He appears alongside a diverse array of well-respected Eatbrain artists such as L 33, QO, SIGNS, TELEKENESIS and many more. This backed by hard-hitting material from newly emerging artists and label boss JADE himself, who delivers new solo material with ‘They Are Mutants!’ that cuts to the core of the heavy groove of the Eatbrain sound.

Holy shit, excuse my language but it seems necessary here. This is definitely my favourite neurofunk DnB tune of the entire year. For neurofunk fans all over, Disprove should be a name that has only been on your music-mind for not that long now. Starting his career with mainly bass music of totally other genres, Disprove didn’t really walk into the DnB scene non-nonchalantly and take over a very big talent spotlight in the scene until last year with a free Inspector Dubplate track called “Negative Dots”. This tune garnered incredibly positive reviews very quickly, and it has now been remastered and re-released (for a cost, mind you) on Noisia’s Invisible label. I have noticed that everything else with a BPM around 170 by Disprove is also guaranteed to be controversial (in a very good way) if it has been released after the free version of “Negative Dots”. take “FRQNCS” from Eatbrain’s 2015 compilation LP “Mirror Universe 1” as an example!
Weapons Grade is a channel for uploading only the most forward thinking and stomping underground neurofunk. I will try my best to promote only the truly under-appreciated tunes that go lesser heard. Uploads will probably be daily, or possibly even more frequently. Every track featured here has been purchased from the respective label, and is in 320 kbps (MP3) quality before upload. All artwork in every video is from http://www.wallhaven.cc/ unless otherwise stated! I won’t feature any track on this channel that isn’t advanced neurofunk and I will never monetize a video. This channel is purely for your entertainment and discovery, and for my hobby. I hope you guys enjoy thoroughly!
If there is a problem with any of the tracks uploaded, please consult with me by my email (found on my channel under “For business enquiries”). I will take necessary measures to make content owners satisfied with the state of their track, whether it be on the channel or not. If you wish to submit a track for possible upload, please send it to me via the same email.
