Fuel up budget? Clash in US Senate as Pentagon defends use of Russian-made rocket engines

The Pentagon is defending its use of Russian-made space rocket engines, as some US lawmakers want to block Moscow from selling them to America. In a leaked letter to Congress, a top Pentagon official said the costly transition to an American engine could jeopardize the defense budget. William Anderson, Professor of Economics at Frostburg State University in the US, tells RT what he thinks about the case.
