Indian space agency launches 29 satellites into orbit

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched into orbit an electromagnetic spectrum measurement satellite along with 28 other satellites.

The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) C-45 lifted off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in southern India carrying the 436-kilogramme satellite, EMISAT, along with 24 satellites from the Unites States, two satellites from Lithuania and one each from Spain and Switzerland, according to ISRO.
