Fleur de sel harvesters keep tradition alive in southern France

Every year, between mid-July and August, harvesters in the southern French region of Camargue collect fleur de sel by hand. This traditional activity has been passed down from generation to generation, a legacy that endures in the waters of Aigues-Mortes.
