France, Spain Cautiously Move Toward Reopening

Parts of Europe are starting to take steps to reopen following weeks of lockdown. Hard-hit France and Spain, for example, will soon begin easing social distancing guidelines as cafes, schools and churches look at reopening in the coming weeks.
