Egypt’s airstrikes in Libya ‘very much justified’ – Arab League Secretary-General Gheit

Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Abul Gheit said that he ‘understands’ why Egypt has reportedly carried out airstrikes on alleged militant camps in Libya, speaking to RT in Cairo, Monday. ‘We will not comment on inter-Arab relations, but I understand the Egyptian behaviour, I understand it,’ the Arab League chief said, and added that he believes the strikes were ‘very much’ justified.
