A visibly hungry and seemingly ill polar bear has been caught wandering in the outskirts of the Siberian city Norilsk hundreds of kilometres away from its normal habitat, video released on Wednesday shows.
According to TASS news agency, the chief of the local hunting department Anatoly Nikolaichuk said that the polar bear is the first to be seen in Norilsk for more than 40 years.
