Aerial images show a large roadblock across the key M4 highway in Idlb province near the village of Al-Nayrab in Syria. Several hundred pro-rebel demonstrators took to the highway near Al-Nayrab on Sunday to protest the patrol, setting tyres ablaze and piling tree branches across the thoroughfare.
