A small organization in South Korea has a potential solution to depression: locking people up in tiny “prisons” for days at a time so that they can reflect on their lives. VICE correspondent Dexter Thomas spent some time on lockdown in search of the benefits of isolation – ironically, just weeks before the rest of the world would join him in their COVID-19 quarantines.
