North Korea’s state broadcaster on Monday released video of a clean-up operation following record-breaking downpours. The footage, which did not specify the exact date, showed part of the recovery efforts that allowed a train to operate in Musan County again. According to South Korean news agency Yonhap, North Korea is experiencing its worst-ever floods in decades. The damage included collapses of public buildings, railways, electric power systems and flooded farm lands.
