A five-storey building collapsed on Tuesday in one of the estates of the eastern part of the Kenyan capital Nairobi. Robert Maina, a resident of the area who filmed the actual collapse with his smart phone, said that in the morning, debris was falling from the building and then it collapsed. Luckily there were no casualties or injuries as occupants of the collapsed building had vacated the premises a day before because of cracks appearing on one of the walls.
