Racial threats drive Vermont legislator to quit

(12 Oct 2018) Democratic lawmaker Kiah Morris, who has been the subject of racial threats from the moment she became the first black woman to be elected into Vermont’s legislature in 2014, says she won’t seek re-election and tells the AP the system failed her. (Oct.12)
