Lawyer calls pipeline ruling ‘unprecedented win’

A judge has ordered the Dakota Access pipeline shut down for additional environmental review more than three years after it began pumping oil. The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s attorney calls the ruling an “unprecedented win.” (July 6)
