French Justice Minister Eric Dupond-Moretti attends the launch of a new ‘anti-proximity’ bracelet. This device, which resembles an electronic bracelet and is attached to the ankle, allows violent spouses or ex-spouses to be geo-located and triggers an alert system when they approach their victim.
