COVID-19 patients are to be transported by specially-equipped high-speed train in France’s Alsace region, where hospitals are struggling to cope with the number of cases. The patients will be transferred by train to regions where hospitals have greater spare capacity to cope with the crisis. France’s death toll from the virus stands at more than 1,300. IMAGES
