At-Risk recruits: US army to ease rules on recruits with previous mental health issues

The U.S. army is widening its recruitment pool – by allowing people with a record of mental health problems to enlist. Those with a history of depression, drug and alcohol abuse, even bipolar disorder and self-mutilation – may now seek waivers to join the military
