KG – Falling Apart

Falling Apart by KG – Now available to download alongside Love Today! Love this song, been playing it since it came out on promo. I’d also like to point out the singing at the end was in fact done by KG himself! X-Factor 2010 perhaps?

One of the huge success stories on Hospital in 2009 was the SICK MUSIC album which brought together established names along with complete newcomers across two incredible discs of post-millennial D+B supremacy. Looking highly likely to replicate that success this year, were already racing ahead with this sampler 12.

Following on from a spate of quality releases across a host of top labels, Austrian duo Camo+Krooked come with their Hospital debut in the form of this peak-time main room anthem. Featuring the vocal stylings of Huddersfields Pat Fulgoni (of Nu:Tone Beliefs fame). Turn Up is simple, stripped down dancefloor minimalism at its very best.

Hospitals latest hot property Netsky brings us Memory Lane on the flip, coming with a contrastingly maximal approach and equally as fresh on the dancefloor. Hospitals Belgian wunderkind is making some massive waves in the space of a few short months. With an album release planned to arrive this summer, this young man is destined for big things!

Zeds Dead & Omar LinX – Wake Up

One of the biggest unsigned tunes I’ve heard for a while. You may recognise the duo Zeds Dead (Hooks & DC) from their previous uploads on the Dubstep channel, as well as the vocalist Omar LinX. They’re from Toronto, Canada, but it won’t be long until they hit the UK. Expect some big things from Zeds Dead later in the year, definitely a duo worth looking out for!

‘New Blood 010’ album preview (Med School Music)

More info:
Full release: 15th March 2010
Formats: 2×12″ vinyl, CD and digital download

Med School storms into a new decade and continues to push exhilarating up-and-coming artists with some of the freshest drum+bass rhythms you are likely to hear. ‘New Blood 010’ is an invigorating selection of finger-on-the-pulse boundary-pushing electronic music where only the top sonic surgeons make the grade. Delivered on two piece vinyl CD and digital download, this is essential listening!

This stunning album exudes a healthy dose of diverse sounds yet maintains a high level of consistency from start to finish. From the atmospheric depths of Synkro and Kharm right through to Enei’s damaging bass oscillations and the twisted dynamics of Royalston. Stripped-down dancefloor vibes provided by Electrolyte, DJ Madd, Derrick, Tonika and Implex are perfectly balanced by elegant and forward-thinking creations from Circa, Pryzma, So:Flow and Joe Syntax. There’s also a remix first for Med School as supercool producer Stray stamps his authority on the Boston-based ambient/electronica outfit Helios.

Having scoured the planet for the hottest talent, Med School delivers music from all corners of the globe from London to Australia, Hungary to Cornwall, Russia to Manchester, Germany to Belarus and Ukraine to Sheffield. These young practitioners have checked your vital signs and are ready to deliver the next prognosis with an array of scalpel-sharp sounds and rhythmical remedies. Keep ears and eyes peeled for these producers in 2010 and beyond!
